    The team:

    The team in depth:

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team Slash (RMT)

    Regirock@ Lum Berry
    Clear Body
    Careful Nature
    252 HP/ 6 Def/ 252 Sp.D
    ~Toxic
    ~Stealth Rock
    ~Stone Edge
    ~Earthquake

Standard lead Regirock, with a Lum Berry to prevent Will-O-Wisp or Thunder Wave or something. He's worked out pretty well for me so far.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team Slash (RMT)

    Scizor@ Life Orb
    Technician
    Adamant Nature
    32 HP/ 252 Atk/ 224 Spd
    ~Swords Dance
    ~Bullet Punch
    ~Superpower
    ~Roost

He's a bully. That's basically all I can say. Life Orb, Adamant Nature, Atk EVs, Technician, Swords Dance, all combined with Bullet Punch makes it a menace.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team Slash (RMT)

    Ninjask@ Leftovers
    Speed Boost
    Jolly Nature
    6 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spd
    ~Substitute
    ~Swords Dance
    ~Aerial Ace
    ~Baton Pass

A standard Baton Passer, but I hate leaving him as the last one standing. All he has is Aerial Ace. He is very helpful to pass on to Scizor if I need it before.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team Slash (RMT)

    Cloyster@ Leftovers
    Shell Armor
    Bold Nature
    252 HP/ 6 Sp.A/ 252 Sp.D
    ~Toxic Spikes
    ~Rapid Spin
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Explosion

I think this is what i've been missing the past few years. He works well as a Rapid Spinner, a Toxic Spikes setter, and he explodes if need be.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team Slash (RMT)

    Gengar@ Life Orb
    Levitate
    Timid Nature
    4 Def/252 Sp.A/ 252 Spd
    ~Shadow Ball
    ~Thunderbolt
    ~Focus Blast
    ~Hypnosis

I've been using this guy ever since pokemon came out, and he works well when I need him to. I've recently changed my opinion of Explosion on him to Hypnosis considering Cloyster has the demolitions all set up.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team Slash (RMT)

    Probopass@ Leftovers
    Magnet Pull
    Calm Nature
    252 HP/ 168 Sp.Def/ 88 Spd
    ~Magnet Rise
    ~Thunder Wave
    ~Earth Power
    ~Flash Cannon

He's worked sort of well in the D/P, and I've brought him back to my team now because...well, I don't really know.

    Criticize at will!

https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=168147 this threat list is a great tool when building a team and i urge you to take note of the threats on it. Just from looking at this team initially there are one heck of alot of threats who you fail to cover well, so yeah use that when building a team.

Secondly there is alot of dead weight here. What benefits from Swords Dance being passed on your team when the only thing that does already has it? Ninjask's role is redundant and his slot could be better used for covering some of your metagame weaks. Thus your need for Rapid Spin and Cloyster is uneeded too because : -

    A. Rapid Spin is useless outside of stall and massive SR weaks and this is not a stall team.
    B. Heracross and Machamp love your team so removing Cloyster (and thus toxic spikes) is probably a good thing.

Regirock and Probopass are pretty bad out of Sandstorm and dont really accomplish a whole lot apart from adding to your weaknesses. Probopass is considered "meh" even in UU so its really not a good option.

Basically a whole lot of outclassed uneeded dead weight + Scizor and Gengar really does not make for a successful team, i can tell you that now.

Im not trying to be mean or anything this is just for your own good, so yah x]

This team could really kill Tyranitar mainly, but there something you have to overcome is this:

    Jirachi@Leftovers
    Timid Nature
    ~ Calm Mind
    ~ Substitute
    ~ Thunderbolt
    ~ Flash Cannon/Psychic

No offense but Probopass on an OU team is strange, 2 4x weakness to two very common types doesn't help him, plus he's slow and can't hurt anything to save himself.

Drop Regirock, Probopass and Cloyster as they are dead weight, drop them for some decent OU Pokemon like Mence, Kingdra, Gyarados, Skarmory etc cause alot of OU Pokemon maul this team :(

Uh, have my eyes finally failed me or does that Ninjask have two Sword Dances :/
Move Regirock out of lead and lead with Tyrantiar, making it a Sandstorm team. Maybe replace Cloyster with Claydol for Rapid Spin/Support and Probopass for Blissey?

Is that a bug or a mistype or does Ninjask have Swords Dance twice?

Either way drop him, 50% damage from the ever-present stealth rock plus subpar defenses mean that as anything other than a lead to BP, he's not very good.

If you want a water type with rapid spin, choose Starmie:

    Starmie@Leftovers
    Timid
    136 HP/165 Def/216 Spe
    -Surf
    -Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    -Recover

It serves as both a decently bulky water that has an instant recovery move and special sweeping capabilities in addition to rapid spinning.

Swap Probopass out for something, perhaps a Magnezone or something else...what do you really want this to be? A stall team? If so it'll need some major modifications...
