Descending from my own hidden pearch, I touched down behind Saphira, saying, "Kill him, my pet. Bring me his head." From below, I heard an unearthly shriek. Coronias has assumed his true form. Seventeed feet of wings, tentacles, teeth and destruction. Lovely, this day was turning out perfect so far.

Sheol looked at Dual as the fight raged on. Sheol said, "Umm, do you think we should like...interfere or something?"

Dual answered, "I don't know, just be ready in case we have to."

Sheol held up his staff and said, "Good idea."

A brilliant flash of green light emitted from the staff's orb, and then Devil was standing next to Dual, replacing Sheol. The flash alerted the fighters below to their presence. Saphira looked towards Devil and threw a flurry of iceballs.

Dual glared and said to Devil, "I hate you."

"Gadly," Saphira growled, preparing another attack. With a flick of her wrist, the jagged ice surrounding Jasper melted, becoming water. Saphira was startled; she had never done anything like this before. Realising what she could do with this new talent, Saphira grinned. The water rose off the ground, floating toward her. It wrapped around her arm, her waist, her legs, then moved to her outstretched palm.

There the water floated in a shpere, inches away from her skin. "Water beats fire," Saphira said mockingly, throwing the small ball at Jasper. It changed shape and size, becoming a large wave, thundering towards the titans.

Sean had heard all the noise on the roof. Attempting another teleport, he found himself laying on his back on the roof. "Wow atleast i'm not dead", he sighed as he stood up to see the fight that was begining.

Jasper then reached into the structure of Titans Tower, and removed thousands of tiny bits of metal. He brought them close to his skin, and streched out the metal in a thin slab. He quickly engulfed himself in the silvery stuff, making him totaly invonerable(Spelling is horrible I know...) to a water attck. "Saphira, Please stop... Don't you know who I am, who you are?" Jasper asked her gently. He could tell by her eyes that she didn't and she wanted him dead. He couldn't bring himself to attack her, not now not ever. He supposed he'd have to just hold her off long enough to make her remember.

<OOC>Sorry, but yeah. It'd be too hard to insert yourself into the plot.<OOC>

A loud creak could be heard from below as my friend (if any could be called such) began to literally rip the tower apart. Laughing, I hissed to Saphira's opponent (and how familiar he looked!), It's hopeless. She's mine now. My slave, body, mind, and soul. Even if she wanted to disobey, she couldn't.

Saphira cursed mentally as her attack failed to harm this boy. "Why do you refuse to fight?!" She asked angerly, moving so fast she hardly stood in one spot for more than two seconds. Speed was the trick here; she would have to catch him off gaurd, wait for the perfect moment to strike. But, it seemed as though no matter how hard she tried to freeze or drown the boy, he held firm.

Nothing seemed to work!! Another idea came to mind. This time, instead of attacking with the water, she let it evaporate somewhat. Now the rooftop was covered in a thick fog. No one could see each other, but Saphira knew exactly where everyone was. Now was her chance to kill him.

Dual switched his dagger back to his twin swords. "After I kill this guy, Sheol... I'll kill you." Dual leapt forward to slash at the tentacle monster. He chopped off a tentacle but the tentacle grew back again.

Dual looked at the beast. The beast looked back.

Opening its eyes... it boomed out: "Or not."

Dual sweat was trickling down the side of his face. Maybe he should also kill the girl, but it seemed like a fight between the boy below and her. He made up his mind and swung his 2 swords helplessly at the monster.

"Sheol, get your monster butt moving." He commanded.

"Saphira... Don't attack me, you won't succeed, but I won't attack you..."

He tried to see her through the fog. He couldn't. He then realized when he needed to do. He took and tried to sent a blanket of fire up and show light, but there was too much moisture in the air. His fire was useless here. He'd have to do something with metal, but he couldn't strip too much from Titans' Tower, or the Tower could collapse.

"Saphira," He screamed, "I love you... Please..."

Dual paused. He looked down below. A boy older than him was confronting the girl. The boy didn't attack... He just countered. The girl threw ice blocks, one after another at the girl. Dual felt a tear coming from his eye.

"Mummy! Nooo!" Dual screamed.

A human being stood in front of Dual... Her eyes were blank. There was no expression in her face. She moved like a robot. Her hands stuck out.

"YIN!" She roared in a robotic voice. Darkness enveloped Dual. Cold water splashed against Dual's feet.

Dual roared. This flashback was terrible. He didn't want it to happen again. Dual heard the name... The girl was Saphira. "Saphira." Dual said confidently. He bought his 2 swords back against his side, not in a defensive stance.

Saphira....? Saphira stopped attacking, and the fog faded. Who is he? Why... How does he know me--Arugh!! It felt as though she had been stabbed in the back of the head. She held it, falling to her knees. Pain erupted through her body, and she gritted her teeth against the overwhelming sensations.

Memories tried to push their way through Chaos' hold on her mind. She could see people from long ago... Younger, happier... then there was only pain... Darkness, suffering... Saphira couldn't tell one thing from another...

Don't make me punish you... I said, slipping into her mind. Yes, I could crush it, but this might be interesting to see played out. Besides, her pain, her anguish was exhilirating. I wanted more, I wanted to draw this out. I licked my lips.

Coronias continued ripping the tower apart, beam by beam. it began to list slightly now.

Darkfire went to the refrigerator, checking for any sign of something edible. "Well...can't fight crime on an empty stomach." said Darkfire, who found something he didn't expect to find. "Tofu...? Who the hell eats tofu?" Darkfire asked, dumping the tray in the garbage. "There went my appetite.." Darkfire closed the refrigerator door and went outside, slowly levitating to his target.

Saphira fell to the floor, withering in pain. She couldn't fight it off. No! It's not real, it's not real--it is! Argh!! She could feel nothing but confusion. Ice began to coat the entire island, spreading outward in all directions. The sea froze, and the sky turned dark as rain began falling heavily.

I can't fight it... God dammit... Ahhhg!! No, mustn't let it get to you...! It's a trick, and lie--Rrrah!!!

I laughed at her pain, withdrawing from her mind and watching her writhe. So enticing... So... Gah, I wanted her again! My eyes widened with excitement and a twisted smile crept over my face.

Jasper watched her fall the the ground in pain, and he shot the metal off of his body, and ran over to her. "Saphira... Saphira... Saphira..." He sobbed. He suddenly felt very cold, and everything became covered in ice, shooting out towards the city. I knew she couldn't control herself, soemone else was behind all of her pain, and behind her blank mind. But who. His mind began racing. Nothing came ot mind. "Show yourself!" I screamed.

Dual quickly brushed pass Jasper's ear as he whispered to him. "It's Coronias... He's over there, getting our tower destroyed." Dual leapt over the edge of the tower, ready to continue his dual with the beast as he froze halfway down the jump from the top of the roof. "I am afraid of heights... Grrrr." A black flame and a white flame appeared on both of his hands as he tried to melt off the ice. "This ice is too cold... Grrrr." Dual was hanging upside down and through the broken windows was DarkFire, throwing all the tofu from the fridge into the bin.

"I'm going to eat that you know? Now get your butt moving over here and unfreeze me!" Dual shouted.

Saphira suddenly stopped shaking, and lay there, gasping for breath. She backed away from Jasper, and everyone else. So much pain, anger, sadness... She couldn't take it. Things she had long forgotten were tyring to break through the mental barrier, trying to flood into her mind. Saphira looked at Jasper, and stood, walking backwards.

She turned and jumped off the towers edge, sliding down the wall. Within seconds she was gone.

Jasper watched Saphira as she ran away from him, she ran and jumped off of the tower. "No Saphi..." He cried, running after her. Jasper looked down towards the ground, and couldn't see her. He fell to his knees, and began crying uncontrolably. He had finally found her, but then she was gone again. He had lost her again. The tears, and Saphira were the only things on his mind...
