The third wasn't bad, but I think the best TMNT game would go to TMNT IV: Turtles in Time. One of my all time favorite SNES games. I still have it actually. ;D

Oh wow. You went old school. I remember that game. Easily one of my favorite games every playing and definitely my favorite TMNT game.

The difference between TMNT 3 and 4 is not much, same final boss, but the TMNT 3 one is much harder. both have special attacks, almost the same people you fight with different scenes.. I can get to the last level without using a continue, I have beat it though. :)
