For most of the effects I use a certain kind of star~brush~thingy that I downloaded. :33 I'm not very good at describing things. XP But, ish. In more simple terms, I got the effects by using a certain brush. ;3

Do you want me to just find a picture, or make a banner too? X3

A banner would be kawaii! <3 You use a widdle star brush thing~ie? I have a star brsuh, but I don't think it's the same one you got. >.<
