It was a promotional e-reader card given to the people who went to the Pokemon section at the E3 video game convention in Los Angeles this year.
You are however able to trade an eon ticket over to another game after you're done.

None right now, I've done everything possible and researched a lot. I- as I've said be ore have every single Pok?mon in the boxes ready for Colosseum. At the moment, I'm playing Final Fantasy Tactics: Advance like I'm obsessed. ^_^;

In Ruby, I have 200/200. In Sapphire, I have like 26/200 or something like that. I don't play it much. I just use it to get Pokes I needed for Ruby.

For others:
Yellow- N/A (I started a new game, but didn't play it. :P )
Silver- All but Celebi.
Crystal- All but Celebi.
