4th Gen Telling if I got a legit event mew

Ok, I got a mew a couple of months back off the GTS(yeah, everyone tries to get mews), but I happen to think I got an event mew. I Am uncertain, but it has to most likely be legit. Here's its stats.

mew:
lvl 9
in a cherish ball
ID number; 07157
nature; quirky
moves:
1. metronome
2. transform
3. teleport
4. aura sphere

I checked on Serebii for event mews, and it matches up to the palcity mew, only it doesnt have the ribbon. So does anyone know if this is legit or not?

I'm guessing most likely not, there aren't many events that are level 9, usually they are either 10, 30, 50, 70, or 100. also if it's missing the ribbon, then there's also an indicator that it's most likely hacked.

It's hacked because no Mew can be under Lv. 10. Palcity Mews have their ribbons so if this doesn't, it's hacked. But the Lv. 9 was an insta-giveaway. Next time, use the Q&A Thread.
