The only BR Smeargle we have has the following moveset Toxic Spikes - Sticky Web - Dark Void - Stealth Rock.:)

Hello!
Yes we still have it, but in pokemon ORAS you can't give TM for pokemons to hold. Let me know when you wanna try trade, and remember, I am still using pokemon Omega Ruby, so make sure you pick an old pokemon that doesn't have any new moves or is holding any new item.
