You don't need to offer an event pokemon for leftovers, you can offer a breed pokemon we don't have yet, or a held item (even one from battle masion works), evolution stones also works. But if you really want to offer that Rayquaza we will accept the offer.

The IV's are random since Cakesu goes to a friend safari to catch it.
