Just to double check all your Pokemon should be Legit from shop like if I wanted to use them in rating battles or a tourney they would be allowed because I was looking at ur shiny rayquaza that I wanted but I saw it had 6 iv so I got curious. Thank you and I hope I didn't offend u guys.
The rayquaza I was looking at was nobungas ambition and the id is 03172 nature jolly

Yes, we always hack-check all shiny/event pokemons we get, as for the Shiny Nobunaga's Rayquaza it was a B/W and B2/W2 event and I believe back there they had a special way to get shinies, I believe Cakesu can explain better as I heard it from her.
