[Tool] Text and Pokémon type editing tools needed

I am making a hack of Fire Red and need editors for text and Pokémon types. "Advance Text" always has the same thing "missing" despite being there. "Gen III Hacking Suite" always comes up with the error attached below. YAPE also does this. People have said you need a "clean rom" which i do 100% have. Are there any other programs i can use instead of these that may work. Please and thank you :)

Hex Maniac Advance presently the best gen 3 binary editing tool, does about everything but edit maps.
