Hmm, when do you guys think Nintendo will stop making pokemon games? Like the main games, it might never end, or maybe they'll just do that annoying game developer thing and make X and Y be the last official games, but they will make updates for adding things like maps and pokemon.


Just a thought.
 
If Nintendo ever decided to stop making millions with pokemon...Lets hope someone else can bring a new flare to it all. (Not saying X and Y wasen't amazing).

I'd be up for updates to XY. They've already made it clear there will be no money DLCs, so we wouldn't have to pay anything, and adding to those games would be pretty neat. Fixing the problems XY has would also be cool (and should happen since they CAN do that nowadays).

Then again, that would make them no money, so they'll probably keep pumping out new main games every once in a while.
 
I am of the opinion that there are way to many Pokémon already and some of them seem forced. If I were Nintendo/Game Freak/whatever, I'd just make a MMO and be done with it.

The newest mystery dungeon game really disappointed me, mainly the fact there were hardly any pokemon to pick from, and they took away the quiz, which gave a fun sense of mystery and such.
And Overpriced DLC.
The game was fun though.

Being able to choose was a lot better then quizzing

there's only 144 pokemon or so you can recruit, which is very disappointing and it seems Virizion is the only Legendary pokemon who joins you

and the fact you can only do one mission at a time is completely bull

If this was the first Mystery Dungeon game released, it wouldn't be so bad, but this late in the series it's a major step backwards

I felt the same way about it. It definitely felt like a step backwards. Almost rushed even. Though I imagine it's hard to top a game like Explorers of Sky. However, I felt like the atmosphere of the new one (Whatever it was called) felt a little more alive.
