    Can't find any free rotating services anywhere atm, so I guess my signature will be constant and boring from now on.

    Like, you drag your mouse over something and highlight it, so you can copy it and so forth. You can't do that on background images. :D

    Were there any empty divs in your sig that took up extra space? That could have caused the scrollbar.

    Okay, I can see the problem.

    Here's the signature highlighted on Google Chrome;

    As you can see, when you used position:relative on the text, you effectively pushed the entire width of the div they're in to the right.
    I'd try adding a thinner width to the CSS tags you use position:relative in. :3
