it is god of the poke world it is event it is lvl 80. it uses plates to change type

arceus will not spell the end to pokemon... I have defeated several ones that were hacked (easiest one was countering blissey although I also took it out with lugia in another instance and CBgross in another)

not sure if they were EVed or not but it was funny
