3rd Gen That Trainer had a Shiny Starmie?!

Have you ever come across a trainer in the Gens III and IV Battle Frontier with a Shiny Pokemon? In these locations, in both Generations, have a possibility to be shiny, in all facilities, wild or not. Which means, yes, all trainers (except maybe Frontier Brains, except ones with Random Pokemon always) have a possibility to have a shiny Pokemon in battle. It is all RNG. And of course, rental Pokemon in the Gen III & IV Battle Factory, and wild Pokemon in the Gen III Battle Pike and Battle Pyramid, can also be shiny.

Has this ever happened to you in the Battle Frontier? It has indeed, happened to me, and it was very heartbreaking. One time, in the Battle Palace, I saw a trainer send out a Shiny Barboach. I got so upset about seeing some random trainer with a Shiny, that I soft reset/turned off my DS. I wanted to pretend it never happened.

On time, I also got a Shiny Arbok as a rental Pokemon in the Emerald Battle Factory. But, that was on a very old save file, so that Battle Video is gone now. That was my only shiny in any generation III game that I had for even a little while (since I can't count that Torchic since I didn't save that file). I'm kinda upset you can't keep rental Pokemon, but rip.

there actually is a trainer in frlg in the battle tower or w/e it is in that game that has a shiny espeon. that's the only one i've run into, though. iirc, this is an occurrence for everyone and it's not just in my game.
