But if smogon sucks, then where do you base your pokemon's movesets from?

Flamethrower Cyndaquil doesn't count as an Egg Move.

Just asking if you wanted it. By the way you are incorrect about asisst not being an SS egg move. Chimchar will only learn that move in SS/HG. It will not learn it in diamond/pearl/platinum. Just an FYI. I did not need it and thought since you are looking for egg moves you might want it.
 
You have to contact twilightblade about it.

Update: Twilightblade has all Murkrows for you see I am too busy =(
