The 1 year Anniversary of the Restart

    Well believe it or not but its been a year since the old PC restarted on September 6th 2003! Alot has happened in 1 year if you ask me! So how much have you guys personally changed as a member since the restart?
     
    I was planning on starting this thread on the sixth...meh, I'll wait 'till October to make the PC's second birthday thread. XD

    The only difference between me before the datbase reset and the current me is the fact that I'm a moderator now. XD
     
    Hmm, I think I've matured, even though others might disagree. I have realized a lot of things, even as recent as this summer. I now know that quality [posts] are more important than how many you have, in most cases. I was a MOD, but I realized that it was not for me, and it was not all fun and games, just like an underpaying job. I've upgrading [my username] twice. v3.0 now! I also took time (along with others, who I thank) took the time to request a mature discussion forum, our youngest forum, T-Dome. I've done a lot of things I'm proud of, that I probably wouldn't have done this time last year.
     
    Meh, I only started posting around may but I joined in november. PC really has taught me a lot ^^

    When some one started a thread about the 1 year that PC started and it was like 11 pm my time (that time that Kwesi started PC) that I remember "Hey it has been a year" so starting it now is a good idea.


    You know it don't feel like it has been a year since we moved, I mean it has almost been two whole years that PC has been around. And look how far it came, most of the other large forums has been around longer, Kwesi, Steve and all the other Admins that was around back then had their own forums but they made one forum and look how far it came from where it was started two years ago.
    Or better yet, look how far PC came in the one year from the restart, it has not even been a year yet we have almost twice as many threads, almost three times as many posts, and almost three times the members of the old PC. We have took off when we moved from the old PC to the new.

    Ok, i joined in may, i was quite shy sorta thing back then, but now im like, hello stranger, like to be my friend thing XD And i would NEVER do that a school XD, especially if they were 12 years old XD, ive had a great time at PC, when i first started, kura&kill_hunter sent me a PM everyday, i got used to PMs, then i went to post some more, and i thought, man, where should i go next?, and i thought, and i thought, soon after i seen MOTM and i was like COOL!, so i voted, and still vote, then i made buddies with several other and then my thunder list went about 200 lines long XD so i shortened it to a small size, then, i think it was tatt learned me how to get images in my sig, then, i was on a role but also was my sig, my sig was too big, soon before, my sig was just too big!, i had a few help, then, Suzu suggested so i should only keep my better friends, so like now, i forgot!, earlier, my sister joined and she got a few friends i guess!, so then we lead now, ive had good times and bad times, wait, ive only had a bad time, or maybe a few, oh well, im great here^^, and in 11 days, its my birthday!, but in 5 days, its PC's birthday!, mine and PC's birthday are only 5 days apart!, wahoo!
     
    Tommorow is the Day that the New PC began, maybe we should have a sort of Birthday Party Gathering for it ^_^
