The story of Abby and Sawah all started way back in April. Sawah had joined the forum after an oddball Google search for ROM hacks, due to the usual boredom associated with having a full day off, but soon she found her way to the OC forum and made passing note of a particular member by the name of Kairi. Though intimidated by her position as a Praetor, she found herself with an immediate level of respect for this girl. She was oh so nice, never being harsh or judgmental, and generally keeping order around the forum. First contact however, wouldn't happen for over a month or so, when Sawah made her views a little too harshly, and received a warning PM from this girl. Usually, it was her way to ignore when authority was exerted, but this time, maybe out of respect, maybe out of a developing puppy love crush, she replied politely and did what she was told. A good thing too, for it wasn't long before, on June 13th, Sawah added Kairi to her MSN contact list and they had their first real conversation.
This was the 12th of June for Abby, of course due to the difference in their timezones. That day also happened to be Abby?s 17th birthday. She had watched this?a1337a for some time. First due to her nature to be a little too harsh, but then something a little more. She was fascinated by her high level of intelligence?something she didn?t see a whole lot of around the forum. She was confident, and clearly a bit of a geek just like herself. She would catch herself stalking a1337a through her profile, always curious to hear what she had to say.
So it was on this day, her birthday she received an obscure MSN. She was kinda tired from all of the festivities, but did decide to get on MSN anyways. The stranger introduced herself as Sarah, a name Abby didn?t recognize yet. Though?Abby did figure out who she was before she formally announced it. The two hit it right off, striking up a conversation very easily. Abby let off a little hint so had a kinda?perverted side. Sawah?s openness about this had always excited her, and she sort of wanted to let her know it did, without coming right out and saying it. This eventually led her to ask about a certain story she had referenced on PC, about a mic. It sort of ran in that vein, and it really got Abby going. This was, after all the first real girl like her?one who liked other girls?a lesbian that she had ever spoken with.
Abby's curiosity, her self professed lil-pervvy-ness, and her general friendly nature meant that the friendship was off to an amazing start. Days went by, and Sawah found herself more and more spending time online just to talk to this girl. Feelings had definitely taken root in her heart for Abby, but she was still out of reach. Untouchable. The shy, reserved, straight and homeschooled-girl from Kansas? What chance would the horny lesbian from Australia have? Her feelings never died down though, only amplified as time went on.
Conversation was always fresh and lovely, from gaming achievements, Sawahs work, Abbys education, Sawahs boots, and more gaming. It didn't seem to matter what they talked about, because they shared so many interests that it all just flowed like water, and like certain other liquids. At this point, Sawah had moved beyond just a crush. There was a new feeling inside her, a feeling she thought she knew, that was now absolutely hitting her like a freight train. A feeling called love. Though she knew, or thought she did, that Abby just didn't return the feelings. Sawah would drop hints, sometimes very obvious, even regarding her masturbatory habits. But Abby would show nothing in return, outside of an amazing friendship which was incredibly appreciated, nonetheless. Of course, her 'brb' moments were increasing as time went on, too, and at this point Sawah didn't know what they meant.
Abby oh so enjoyed their friendship. She?d speak to a lot of different people on MSN, but she never found someone she could talk to every single day?and wanted to, like Sawah. Sometimes she?d even eye the clock, do the math, and get on MSN, just in hopes that Sawah might be online. At first, she was just taken in by both her geekiness?the first person to surpass her own on PC, her intelligence, the way she made Abby feel she was special, just by including her in her routine. Abby also was a very shy girl about being a lesbian?she had never told anybody, even let herself be assumed to be strait. And though others did assume?Sawah would drop hints, hopeful even if she ?knew? they were in vain. Abby found these so flattering, that a real girl took interest in her. She never outright said ?no? to Sawah?s come-ons, just giggled or teased her oh so much with hints with what could be if ?only she was gay?
All this was so delightful for Abby, but deep inside it kinda hurt. She felt she was carving a special place for Sawah in her heart, that she could never bring to reality. The days of teasing were great, and she never wanted to end them by telling her feeling, in fear she? lose what she already had. Sawah had all she needed down there, Abby knew it. Abby was a little girl whom Sawah wasn?t even sure was gay, who lived so many miles away, I mean get real. It just couldn?t happen. Still, she felt if she could just indulge in that attention Sawah gave her each day, just a little longer?
A little longer, and a little deeper each day. A flirt here, a hint there, deep in her heart Sawah wanted Abby to know so badly how she felt. And as much as she wanted that, she wanted a sign, a hint, just something that would indicate to her just how Abby felt for her. The first prompt came on August 9th, a little message that Abby left Sawah that sparked up one of her little fantasies. Coincidence, maybe? It was on August 12th, Sawah time, that the second sign was shown. The pair would have a conversation that day, known as 'The Ice Cream' conversation, that would set Sawah down the path that her heart set out for. From that date, there was no other choice, no alternative. No turning back. She would tell Abby how she felt, and risk everything.
Thirteen days it would take Sawah, until the 25th of August, before she had the nerve to throw this amazing friendship on the line for something beautiful. It all started with a kiss, or so the story would tell. But, amazing as the kiss would be, it was the question that would follow that would have the most impact. A confession of Sawahs love. And a question of Abbys feelings.
The kiss was almost an impulse. It was something they had both wanted for so long, one pined for it in secret, the other quite open about her want. And then, the question followed. So many other questions filled Abby?s head as she started to reply. She had a good friendship with Sawah. She had a lot of people who would finally know about her lesbianism, if this were to happen. But?it all seemed unimportant, when given this?prospect, this real chance.
She wasn?t just a woman extending affection to Abby?she happened to be, in her mind, the woman she?d dreamed of all her life. And there she stood, right before her. Abby couldn?t let that get away. She?d never forgive herself if Sawah never knew how she felt. So with extreme nervousness, she typed out her reply. By the end of the evening the two were still a bit uncertain how things stood, but all questions cleared up in time, as they went deeper and deeper in each other than they ever imagined.
And so, there's not much more to say, that can be posted in a G-rated forum. It would be a few weeks of becoming closer and naughtier on MSN before the two would announce their love to all of PC. And the rest as you can see, is history.
What of the future? In April, Abby will be coming to visit Sawah, and then perhaps before she turns 19, the pair will be in each others arms for good. Marriage is on the books, but undecided beyond the fact that it WILL happen.
