Haha, wtf. :| I come in and everyone's talking about contacts.

I'm not normally a squeamish person but...ugh. I can't stand contacts, talk about contacts, or anything of the sort. It just...creeps me out. XD I've never needed eye correction and even if I did, the thought of pretty much touching my eyes to put contacts in just doesn't sit well with me. It's so bad that I can't even watch people put contacts in or take them out. Or even talk about them.

The other day at lunch I had to leave the table because my friends were talking about them. XD;
 
You're just spoiled with good vision. DX I am normally squeamish, but I'm willing to put up with it to not have to deal with my stupid glasses. Screen blur, on the other hand, not so much. I'll probably take them out by the weekend. Maybe I can just get my glasses repaired or something. :l
 
Haha, even if I ever do need glasses (which is likely, given the amount of time I spend in front of a computer screen), I can't imagine ever going the contacts route. :[ I poke myself in the eye enough as it is. I don't need a reason to. DX

I'd be the same as you there.
Eyes are something I'm not scared of, but I just *hate* to touch them or anything related. I feel sick-ish when I've got an eyelash or a bit of dust in them and I've got to touch the eyeball to get it out. If I had to wear something so I could see better I'd have to wear glasses; I don't think I'd be able to put contact lenses in. Also, my mum used to wear contact lenses but it got stuck and she nearly went blind. Thankfully she was okay, but that just put me off even more.

I read about someone who used to wear daily ones...instead of taking them out each night and replacing them the next morning, he put new ones on top of the old ones. He went to the doctor saying he couldn't see well after a few weeks of doing this, and he had to have them scrapped off. Eww. ><;
 
I wear glasses but can't imagine ever wearing contacts. After having worn glasses for nearly 2 years, I feel like I'm wearing them all the time and as a result, always adjust them, even when I'm not wearing them.

Personally, I think I look better in glasses. =P
 
I'm getting contacts as soon as I get back into the US. I'm really sick of glasses, and my Japanese friends all like contacts better than glasses.

I wanted the tinted kind that makes you look like a blind person, but...it might be kind of mean.

Not that it deserves an omg..but you get the point.

Anyways, I most likely need glasses, but the optimeristy people scare me...so I think I'll be okay without glasses.
 
Aaaah! Talk on contacts! xD, I hate contacts. Especially the part where you pretty much touch your eyeball.

I've got glasses right now and they're pretty strong.. maybe I should start restricting my computer time...

I just might. I'll have to anyway, because school's started today and it's gonna be a busy term. My eyes are never gonna be able to handle it all....

Is that an "I" or "We"?? xD, and who's the "we"?? :P

I really don't think it matters that much if it is spelled right or not.
Everybody knows what pokemon it is anyways...

Some aren't that intellectual as us when it comes to Pokemon.
Though I can't really talk myself XD
 
Well, most of us is intellectual enough to know ghastly ^^
Well, maybe not everybody knows the pokemon, but i think most of us do.. ^^
 
I had to use a dictionary to spell the word. I'm not that smart when it comes to spelling and that...though, I can name the 300 something Pokemon. Just not that D/P ones~

Ghost haters mightn't know it.
 
Yeah maybe. I dunno anything about the D/P pokemon. I dunno anything about that generation..
I am also just into the first 300

Maybe it's got two spellings. XD

Yeah, Johto was the best though, I remember all them~
