    Topics that have not had a reply for over a month are not allowed to be revived.

    Also, ethnic and national clubs are not allowed at PC, so this is not allowed to be remade.

    And I appreciate your help, Kay, but mini-modding (not reporting, which we need!) is unnecessary. They don't need to know that it's against the rules or that you've reported it, the mods make that apparent when they lock something >P
