The Best Card According to..

Alright so me and my friend are having a contest to see who has the best three pokemon cards- Best is vague so we are using the following formula:

HP + Attack Points listed(disregard any +s or Xs) + 2* the level + 50 if holographic + 60 if it is marked rare with a star.

The best I got was 488 with a Zapdos. I'm interested to see how high some cards are so let me know! Oh and if there is any question foreign cards are allowed. Thanks-

With that formula - Lugia Ex wins every time. Except, he doesn't have a level on the card. (None of the EX series cards do...)

Question: Does the level equal 100 if the card is a lv. X card?

YES a pokemon lv.x is a pokemon trained to be as powerful as powerful can be..
That is Level 100
