Does that add to the STAB, or just increase the STAB?

Anyway, we should get back to the team itself, and build another one later with legends.
 
Oh yeah. That is the ONLY way to use Shedinja, & should be considered for the team.

EDIT:Good chance we won't be doing two teams. This is supposed to be the best overall team. As said, we should vote on whether llegends should be allowed or not. I say yes.

I like Mix-Ape, and Heracross. I actually have those pokemon already EV trained. Someone give the wanted move-sets and I'll make the team. :)

That was close, just the Stone Edge over Nasty Plot since Fighting/Rock is a great sweeping combo. Also, why Nasty Plot when you have Life Orb? Focus Sash is always better for the Pokemon that outspeed the Infernape
 
Starmie replaced Donphan as our spinner...

And there was also Dusknoir because it was him, Weezing and Blissey that are the walling core of the team

And I like the sounds of Porygon-Z as our special sweeper, sure he takes a huge dent from fighters, but that's what Weezing and Noir are for

I seem to recall Rapid Spin on Starmie's moveset.

The Mixmence, it's also one of my personal resistance strategy, Heatran takes Ice attacks, Salamence takes Ground attacks, Heatran delivers sp. attacks, Salamence delivers the physical
