Oh...I think I remember him saying that. Ooops I guess I forgot, lol. And yeah if everyone did bankai...what is left. They will be in thier final forms and they will beat everyone that they come past. So yeah...I think it will be best if only Ichigo, Renji, Shiro, and Baykuya go bankai. Yeah that will take the fun away. If everyone went bankai.
 
Well I thought it was in its final form, because he just never learned the name of his Zanpaktou. Remember he is the captain that only earned his position through killing the previous captain.
 
Ah I think I understand now. Yeah snice he just killed the pevious captain like it was nothing. So guess he doesn't need to go bankai. He is fine just as he is. ^^

They aren't anymore, but they were at one point. They're sort of a disgraced noble family now.

Genryuusai has not revealed his Bankai; believe it not, that was only his SHIKAI that he revealed in the battle against Ukitake and Shunsui. There have been 8 Bankai's revealed, and they are (in order of appearance):

Konjiki Ashisogi Jizou: Kurotsuchi Mayuri, revealed as a last resort during his battle against Ishida Uryuu (ch.125/ep.44)
Hihiou Zabimaru: Abarai Renji, revealed during his battle against Kuchiki Byakuya en route to Soukyoku Hill (ch.141/ep.52)
Senbonzakura Kageyoshi/Senkei S-K/Shuukei: Hakuteiken: Kuchiki Byakuya, revealed in an attempt to prevent Abarai Renji from reaching Soukyoku Hill, with subsequent abilities revealed during his battle against Kurosaki Ichigo atop Soukyoku Hill (ch.142/ep.52, ch.166/ep.59)
Suzumushi Tsuishiki--Enma Koorougi: Kaname Tousen, revealed in a vain attempt to counter Zaraki Kenpachi's insane strength (ch.146/ep.53)
Kokujou Tengen Myouou: Komamura Sajin, revealed to carry on the battle that Kaname Tousen lost against Zaraki Kenpachi (ch.148/ep.53)
Tensa Zangetsu: Kurosaki Ichigo, revealed during his fight against Kuchiki Byakuya on Soukyoku Hill (ch.162/ep.58)
Daiguren Hyourinmaru: Hitsugaya Toushirou, revealed during an enraged attack against Aizen Sousuke (ch.170/ep.60)
Ryuumon Houzukimaru: Madarame Ikkaku, reluctantly revealed in order to defeat the 13th Arrancar Eduardo Leones (ch.205)

I'm fairly certain that's all of them.

Whoa...I didn't think Ikkaku will go bankai. That is awesome. But that is in the manga...which I am still behind on. XD I hope they will include that in the anime someday.

Oh yeah Mayuri, Sajin did went bankai...I forgot about those two. XD

They'd better include the whole Arrancar arc, because it's all kinds of awesome, just like Ikkaku's Bankai is. When I find my disc with all my manga, I'll post a picture of it up here.

It's strange that on Bleach Exile on the zanpakutou page, it has a picture of his bankai, but when it says 'first bankai:' it has 'never'

Yeah I heard about it. It looks sooo awesome! I hope they will animate it. ^^ Which I am thinking that is why they are taking these breaks. Not just they showed two double epsiodes, but maybe getting ideas of the next arc...but that is what I think.
