Here's something to discuss in the meantime.

For all those manga readers out there, you must have noticed a few of the music references inserted throughout the various chapters. What have you noticed, if any? Some of the ones that I've seen have had surprisingly deep connections to the part in the series in which they appear, which I found to be quite remarkable.

I have officially decided that, after perusing a text translation of the most recent chapter, Hinamori needs some serious, SERIOUS therapy. She needs to get OUT of denial. AIZEN IS EVIL. GIN MADE HIM DO NOTHING.

And now Hitsugaya's angry. Way to make the little kid angst even more, Hinamori. Way to freakin' go.

Well that was a big spoiler, anyways, yeah..Momo is totally kissing up to Aizen, so much that she can't see he is evil, though he shows it so you can pick up on it easily.

And then she makes her freaking childhood and lifelong friend even angrier..I mean..she hasn't known Aizen as long yet she thought he was lying and Aizen was telling the truth in the Soul Society Arc ><;

I agree with you guys. Momo looked up to him more than Renji and Kira. She had a nevous breakdown when she saw in dead(which he was playing-she doesn't know that). And it worried Shiro. He really cares for her. ^^ Other than that I still like her.

Shiro is my favorute charecter. Gin's face looks like a kyubi or a very sinister Kitsune. Aizen is way to cocky for my liking.

My list of favorite charecters is Shiro, then Renji, then Rangiku, then Rukia.

I like females, they are nice to look at and are cool, but the guys tend to get my liking more..just because like..most of the main characters are male..that's why there isn't a female in my top 3 o.O

I do remember when I saw a part when Renji was battling with Momo, but then Aizen showed up and Momo was all like wow'd by him after he killed the hollow they where fighting x_x..but he was with Gin.

So I don't think that when Aizen said that, he meant actually being part of the division.

Renji was indeed a part of the 5th Division at one point.

"2066th term graduate of Shinou-Reijutsuin, the central spiritual arts academy, also known as the Soul Reaper academy. Assigned to fifth company upon graduating, his combat ability was soon recognized and he was transferred to the Eleventh Company. Promoted to Assitant-Captain of the Sixth Company one month ago."
~Renji character profile, vol.9 (Viz edition text).

It was later revealed by Aizen that he had taken not only Renji, but Hinamori and Kira as well, into his Division after their graduation; apparently, his brief meeting with them during that one rigged Academy training mission left on Aizen the impression that the three could be usefully manipulated towards his own ends. Renji, however, proved to be too troublesome and independant-minded for Aizen's tastes (and thus ill-suited for whatever plans he had had for the young Shinigami), and so he was transferred to the 11th Division which not only suited him better but also kept him from influencing the more-useful Hinamori and Kira.

It's just I remember him speaking to Aizen, & he said something like "It's been a while since you were in my division".

Digital Mage, the conversation you are thinking of also occurs in vol. 9, chap. 79, and goes as such:

Aizen: Hello!
Renji: Aizen...
Aizen: Do you...have a moment? *panel, presumably marking a slight passage of time* Hmph...it's been a long time, hasn't it?
Renji: Yes...
Aizen: How many years has it been since I lost you to Kenpachi? You're in the Sixth Company now, aren't you?
Renji: That's right. Um...

The conversation, or at least that portion of it, essentially ends there; they then go on to talk about Rukia and her execution. All dialogue above is written as it appears in the Viz edition.

I do remember that convo in the Anime, but maybe I misread a little when reading the subs. And it was a while back too, so I might of slightly forgot a little conversation like that..it's been months and months since I saw that epi.
