I hate diets. Why do women do their diets when they just could stop eating food which contains too much cholesterol? My dad lost 8 kilograms because he stopped eating cookies and started to exercise more.

515. It's sugar, not cholesterol that would rectify the weight loss issue. Reducing cholesterol is for blood pressure reduction.
