Being psychic has nothing to do with it. It just has to do with the barometric pressure dropping.

I...doubt it. It was virtually DCC but without postcount. And everyone who was a regular (well, mostly everyone) didn't mind it being shut down, so yeah. I doubt there'll be a new one for a long time.
