What will be Bug Pokemon's strongest opponent?
Bug I'd imagine, but Butterfree does have Flying type attacks so Butterfree would be able to get an easy knock out on the attacking bug Pokemon. Fighting is also a type that Venonat or any Bug Pokemon would face a lengthy battle in as long it doesn't have wings.

Yes and Heracross is a Bug/Fighting type. It has three weaknesses. It takes netural damage from Poison moves.
