I liked Buizel from the movie better than the current anime one. It was different and much more likeable, for me anyway.

Like all pokemon that are the same species they can differ a lot. One can be quiet and shy, the next one can be aggressive and tough.
The one in the movie is male by the looks (i actually have to check upon it and got it wrong lol)

If Buizel was real, what you do with one?
Well first i'd befriend it, then I would find as much about it as I could without resorting to anything cruel. I'd take a picture too and post it here :)

I agree, but I still find Floatzel adorable! Look at some of the fanart pictures somewhere in this club. People are so talented!

No. I don't think it should. But then, I'm not too sure if it would really make a difference if it did or not because I think it's attitude would stay the same, even as a floatzel.
Also, responding to Perry!'s comment, eh... Floatzel always seemed to be more of a rough and tough poke rather than the kind of cute critter you'd want as a pet that Buizel strikes me as being.
