For some reason I was thinking "Esprit" (Mesprit) too. Guess it's 'cause of "espiritu" ("spirit" in Spanish, add "divino" after it and you get *a* Spanish term for "God").
 
n again...nuzleaf is first to come to mind, even though i'm not sure if it's been used recently...
