Yeah, Alakazam's 50 base attack is high enough to make Groudon weep, thank god it isn't as low as Alakazam's utterly forgettable 135 base SpA (meh).

Anyway; Ralts, a Pokemon with a branched evolution.
 
Elekross, IMO the 2nd ugliest Electric type in Gen5 (guess who ranked 1st).
 
Stunfisk, the truly uglist pokemon in Gen 5. (yeah, I went there)
 
Raikou, the roaming legendary.
