No he just lies through his typing little hands about his pokemon, And yes they are hacked. ANd he also disconnected on me 5 times straight each time i was about to beat him :V

First things first, you gotta raise the Pokemon according to its stats, just becuase they are your precious shinies doesnt mean they should be used in competitive battling, keep them as well, trophys. Have at least 2 walls in your team, although not needed it is highly recommended. (Seeing that you have none)

yeah my togekiss is my wall. and i tryed to mix things up by adding a water and grass type to my team, as well as getting rid of one flying type too. what else do i have to do to get a better party?

Your Togekiss has a low Def, seeing how Mence's Dragon Claw nearly killed it.
Seems like you need to do quite some EV-training..

IV = Determination Value : This value is already set on Pokemon, it ranges between 0 to 31, 31 being the highest, 0 being the lowest
