Watermelon Gatorade is full of win. :D

I should compile a collection for the competition.

You're on :<

And I need to win. I have... everything to def--

WAIT. I get +1 because I don't have hills that look beautiful. :D

81514

That's going to be tough to beat, but I have pictures... of the ocean, plus my completely awesome cumulonimbus collection from the 31st <3

81516

My ocean pictures aren't many, but you have the hills D<

You obviously don't know climate/cloud formation.

The best clouds form near mountains/hills, the ocean mainly gets cirrus/stratus formations, depending on the conditions. This is because there isn't much convection there, so instead the bree-- etc, we learnt about this stuff today. But yeah, unless you've got a thunderstorm (incus, calvus, congestus) over the ocean, the hills win.

OOH WE NEED A JUDGE THAT ISN'T ONE-SIDED.

Because knowledge will help us win. We also need rules.

1. Maximum of 20 pictures (tough for me ;;)
2. Taken in either 2007, 2008 or 2009.
3. Must be your own image.
4. No editing.
5. The inclusion of environmental factors or man-made factors, such as polls, houses, trees will not affect the judging as it is based on strictly the clouds.
6. The sun may be used in any shot.
7. No nimbus D<
8. Include at least one cumulus and cirrus formation; showing that you can vary.
9. Blurry, bad quality and bad lighting will decrease from your score (yes, it's being scored), however, good lighting will add +2 to your score, depending on the judge.
10. Points will be given for: Good lighting, variation of types, sunsets, inclusion of things such as rainbows will increase your score, however it isn't ncessesary and also, the overall appeal, for example, a cloud that really stands out compared to its background will be rewarded extra points.

That should be all. :D

Now just for a judge. And k.
