Yeah i try to stay away to! I know only to use it when i know that what i see is breaking the rules! I do see alot of people using filler or bump to make up for the post count though but that is in other trivia and Pokemon trivia which doesn't count towards post count so i don't even try report them!

What if every post got deleted? And let's say "Oh stuff the rules, let's character bypass! 8D", those posts would get deleted from being reported and therefore we wouldn't go any higher.
