Is it just me, or are some of the ideas introduced this generation really, really creepy! Like, how Yamask is supposedly the soul of a deceased person. Why in real life would you want to raise something like that... I'd feel horribly for it if I did!

What do you think is the creepiest idea they introduced this generation?

I think that the fact that Litwick, Lampent, and Chandelure suck the lives out of people, yet large amounts of people have them in their pocket ready to send out in from of other people. I just like to think that by catching one, it loves me and it wont suck my soul out and leave my body soul -less. I don't think as many people would train one in real life ,but it does have a really nice special attack stat.

    The Shadow Trio...
They come out of no where! It's like they're stalking you!

You know what's freaky? Seismitoad. With Poison Touch, Drain Punch, and the Pokedex stating it can powder rock with its fists, this thing could quite literally suck the life out of you, annihaliate your skeleton, and, if you survive, leave you with a painful infection.

    Noob out.

Look through a lot of pokedex entries, many pokemon are made out to be unfriendly to people, quite a number straight up kill you or other pokemon (Victreebel for one), yet in the games themselves or anime, they aren't seen as bad at all...
Think between the team that does the pokedex entries and the team that decides how they act in the games/anime, there was a lot of flubbed communication.

N what was with the whole ferris wheel seen? It was creepy as I was a boy

Cofagrius is said to eat people, which seeing as it was formally human, wouldn't that make it a pseudo-cannibal?

They actually eat people!? I thought they just suck them into their body/coffins (if it can open) and then turn them into mummies. Then again, the Japanese Pokedex entries are more darker than the English ones...

the ghost type pokedex entries. it seems like all the ghosts are poltergiests and set out to kill humans and pokemon.

Some stuff does creep you out when you find info about a pokemon, What gave me the creeps was the old chateou (Wrong Spelling) when you see the girl in there room go out she doesn't come back and also the place called the room with eyes sounds kinda creepy, but that's in diamond. In black and white I found some ghost types kinda creepy for what they do, shouldn't the game be PG not G because some stuff freak out younger kids when they play it.

    ^^
Lest we forget that most of the freaky stuff in the games is either in Lavender Town or the Pokedex?

    Noob out.

The alleyway in Castelia city. A shady guy jumps out from behind a dumpster and gives you a TM, and two bald scary guys just laugh if you talk to them. This is a kids game?

    Let's see:
    -The music in Drifttveil Drawbridge
-The dark alley in Castelia City
-Jellicent's Black Dex entry (it reminds me of the Bermuda Triangle)
-The Shadow Trio coming out of nowhere in Chargestone Cave
    -N's pre-battle music
