First time I had that experience was with Harvest Moon 64.
I played that with two of my cousins for 18 hours straight.
Addicting games are addictive!
I agree you have to be in the mood for them too. The fast paced games vs. the slow paced games as well as serious vs funny, button mashing vs strategy, and arcade vs. action.
I has one for each mood 8D

I hate hacked Pokemon. Or, at least, the concept of it. I kind of worry about this one Murkrow (...is that even the right thing? D: SHAME ON ME >_<) I got on GTS, it was in a masterball o_O I was like "...huh?"

Of course I've played FFX. I don't buy sequels before playing the first. Except Disgaea 2. I saw it played over the summer and loved it so much, I bought it. XD

Ehehe... I played FFX-2 about a year and a half before playing FFX. Call me weird... xP

FFX-2 was my first Final Fantasy game. I didn't realize it was a sequel (I'd barely heard of the series) when I first got my PS2 so I rented it and was very confused. Then a few weeks later I bought FFX and things made a lot more sense. Sort of. XD;

I buy sequels if I can't find the original. I don't want to do that with Disgaea though, since for once I actually knew about it before the sequel came out. D:

I loved FFX =D
FFX-2 was kinda meh for me though =P
I hated the new battle system in the sequel

If you liked the Disgaea franchise, you'd love Company of Heroes and World in Conflict.

The funny thing is, I actually recommended those two games to David and Abigail a while back. Two problems arose, however. First, Dave was, and still is, absolutely stymied by the technical requirements for both games; while he did get himself a new rig, the processor's just not powerful enough. Second, according to Abby's LJ profile, she's an Apple fangirl, and as we all know, Apple-manufactured rigs suck when it comes to gaming; "Games for Windows," indeed.

I actually have never played final fantasy, actually i think i played FF7 or 9 they seemed pretty fun, i think when i get a sony console i will definitely get FFX :P
BTW, Who likes my new theme?

Demidian, your theme is really nice, as I said in the review thread. :D
:D thanks, does anyone here reckon i should get tales of symphonia? its going to be on the wii, but not for a long time, i heard the first one was really good :P

(*coming into DCC late*)

It would be really nice if they made a Ninja Warrior video game. Especially for the wii, then people might get some excercise.

Hehehe, when you have lots of things to do you get behind on threads. ^_^
It's happened to me.

Yes, but I think i'll start saying "i'm leaving, good night guys." On the threads so people know i'm gone and i can see where i last left off.

But anyway, hows everyone doing?

Buy the first one NOW D<

I know Audy said it, but it can't be said enough.

That game used to be part of my daily routine, no joke. I'd come home from school, go downstairs, and play two hours of it. Every day. It was awesome.

Sadly, I don't own it anymore. I gave my copy away, and now I don't even own a Gamecube. ;~; I want one, though. I love quite a few games on there.

Not so good. I have cramps from hell that are preventing me from sleeping. I went to bed at 3 last night and it's only 10 now -_-;

Well, since we were talking about games before, I guess i'll ask this question to people who know.

Can you put Custom Songs on GH3 for the wii?

What's kind of funny is that I've been so tempted lately to just go down to the store and see if there are any used Gamecubes left, since I really, really want to try out Tales of Symphonia, and I can't wait for a Wii. ^_^;; It's more a matter right now of "should I do it?", since I already have a few games here I still need to beat...and a list of other games that I also want to get.
