Ohh okay. :3 I've never had one. D: I didn't even know they made them. o.o It sounds nice though. I don't think I'd ever need one though; I'd probably be too warm in it since my house is plenty warm all year-round. x.x But I could imagine it'd be nice to have if you're sick or something.
 
I always get scared an electric blanket will catch fire and burn me. So I never use them.

XD, that was the person who said electric blankets cause them to get a nosebleed.

I love electric blankets. Never sleep with 'em on though. I get too hot :<

Isn't that kind of the point? XD

I don't like them though. o.O;; Whenever I have one and turn it on I get shocked. Or, when I get up everything else shocks me. D:
 
You aren't supposed to sleep with electric blankets on. I... kind of do anyway. :x When I need one, like recently, I just leave it on its lowest setting. If I wake up in the middle of the night and don't need it anymore, I turn it off, but for the most part I leave it on. :[

jkbutya... I heard somewhere that it was bad for you to sleep with them on... something about giving you cancer. Same with those electric feet-heaters or whatever they're called.

Yeah, they are. Or at least the ones I've seen are.
They should definitely look into making chargeable ones, though. Since the bathroom is in my foster dad's room, I always trip over the chord when I got to take a shower in the morning.
 
Just put a drawer in front of where the plug is (or get a plug right next to your bed) and you won't need to worry about tripping over.
 
Or you could get a normal blanket like the rest of us :D
 
I think they're trying to sell fear nowadays, they say deodorants give you cancer, some shampoos give you cancer, diet coke can give you cancer, some chewing gum can give you cancer, the sun can give you cancer, some sunscreen can give you cancer...

The sun can give you skin cancer, can it not? But everything else there seems pretty bogus.
