As far as I know, the only thing stopping me from having a 360 is a lack of finances. I was considering getting one to go along with my new television, but I ultimately opted against it; it was just too much to spend at one time.

I think I might buy one soon but I gotta use my money on a lot of other stuff first.

Do what I did... Got the 360 (well... my brother got it for his birthday), and then later on down the road get an HDTV when you have the money. I didn't get teh 360, PS3, and a TV all at the same time... I got them at different times over like... a year and a half.

I have a job, so maybe after a ew weeks when I get the money I could get one, although I'm thinking of getting a new job, my manager is my dad and thats starting to get annoying.

I've also been thinking of purchasing a 360, because it has most the good games that the PS3 console has, but for a cheaper price.

that is very true but I won't even bother buying a PS3, I just gotta save up some money, buy it, then quit my job of working with my dad at a resturaunt.

I think it all depends on what sort of games everyone wants, and if it's just on that system. There is a PS3 and a 360 in this house, and I try to buy games for both. But it's just the 360 gets more use due to good online, and due to good games.

Well I haven't checked how much a 360 is, I'm getting a paycheck of about $455 I think, is that enough for a 360?

$445? >_< Woah. Well it seems alot, but convert it to pounds, it would be something like £200 or I dunno...And if you were here in England, you'd definitley be able to buy it.

Yeah, I've been thinking of getting one too, although I find the menu navigation rather dumbfounding. >.<

Personally, I'd rather have a Wii (which I have), mostly because it has all the games I like (Zelda, Mario...etc.) I'm not really into online gaming (mainly because of all the snot-nosed n00bs that disconnect if they're about to lose and call you stupid for no reason.) And, Graphics. Woo...Graphics, I don't care if a game looks bad, the storyline and features is what's important to me. I liked ruby/sapphire because it had one of the coolest stories ever, even though the tiles weren't that great.

I have played a 360 before, and the controller felt wierd to me. Plus, I don't really like Halo and all that. And half the games for the 360 are sports and crap like that. (Yes, I know I'm exxagerating, but to me it sure seems like it.)

Although I wouldn't mind playing Tales of Vesparia, but shelling out $470 for a console and the game is ridiculous.

Is this more Xbox 360 chat? I don't really get it. I don't really like Xbox's for the lack of good quality games!

It has all the good PS3 games though, and for a much cheaper price.
XBox 360 > PS3

0.o, I thought they were cheaper, I must have been wrong.
At least the console is cheaper.

The xBox 360 games are slightly cheaper here in England. It really depends on the hype of a game.

Yeah, here in Australia they seem to be pretty cheap, but I suppose it does depend on the kind of game, if it's a game with great ratings it'd cost a fair bit, but if it had poor ratings it'd cost half the price.
