i thinnk your thinking arizona. they have them there out in the desert.


but im with beachboy. i love living here in sunny florida. i prefer warm weather so this is great for me.

Its normally cold in england, I love the cold!!!, the colder the better!!! I like it so much i have actually thought about moving to canada or alaska or somewhere very cold :)
 
So long as you don't mind paying for heating like 7 months a year once you get sick of the cold, by all means move out to Canada. XD;

T_T Apparently the furnace or something is broken at work which is why it's been so cold the last week. Thank god I layered up like whoa before coming in today--I'm still a bit cold with a t-shirt under a long shirt under another t-shirt while wearing my winter jacket.

Well, I wouldn't want to be without it. :| Augh, in the last few years it's gotten to feel like -30C with wind chill and everything outside and houses cool down considerably without the heat on. I mean, without the heat on right now, and it's not even winter yet, I'm still cold enough to wear my winter jacket indoors. XD;

Wow,it must be cold there, over here it's very sunny if you just look at my location CA~the sunny state,during the winter it's very cold for some reason,I remember last Christmas it was sunny haa,about 2 years ago it was raining.

good lord. do you ever get hot and have to peel off the layers?

My computer warms my room. :3
So much so that my window's open all year round.

Came home early today and when I walked in my house, I was so warm. XD Didn't help that my dad turned up the heat right away. I had to strip down to my original t-shirt before I was comfortable. (And to recap, I was wearing a light t-shirt, a sweatshirt, a t-shirt over that, a fleece jacket, and a winter jacket originally.)

edit: Triple-glazing? google tells me that's something for windows. XD; I have NO idea what kind of windows we have at home but I can't exactly ask my workplace to replace all their windows and that's where I have the most trouble with cold. ;p My parents would probably just rather use the thermostat at home than install windows though. :(
 
How cold is it up there? Good lord, if you're wearing five layers it has to be well below freezing O.O
 
:( It's not even below freezing today! It's just insanely cold at my office and I don't know why. I don't THINK they have the air conditioning on still, but maybe they do. D8 It's like 7 degrees Celcius or something today; I dunno if there's wind chill.
 
Five layers seems excessive, but I suppose if you're really that cold =P

I'm surprised other people in your office haven't complained yet.

Today I wanted to try out Pokemon Adv. gen battling since I never got to, so I decided to install Netbattle. I made a team, and logged on to the official server. Once on, I got challenged by a few people (3 to be exact.) I managed to defeat them all. Then I got a fourth challenge, from a mod (didn't find out the person was a mod until the end.) The battle started and I got a bit of luck at the beginning, but nothing too major. Then, out of nowhere, the opponent (mod) starts smack talking me! And even worse, a friend of his/hers came in and went right along with it. Despite their smack talk, I managed to pull out a win. Now here's the best part! My opponent (who I find out is a mod now) says they're going to ban me from the server. And they did!

So if anyone read that, would you agree with the mods decision to ban me for winning? (Btw, I never said anything to them the whole time.)

It's just upsetting that here I am just battling for fun and then people have to go and get serious...

Wow maybe you could give me a link to this place and I'll go battle and try to win, just to see what happens.
Bet it can't be all that great if that's how a moderator is.

UM. Heat and cold both suck when you don't have the means to alleviate it. D8 But normally, yeah, cold is better. XD

Should see somethin' like Netbattle 0.9.6 Setup. Click that and you should be able to get it from there. I honestly wouldn't recommend it though. I'm just sticking with Shoddy; at least their mods are decent.
 
I'm not going to lie....we have literally beaten the topic of temperature into submission. >.<

Not that...temperature isn't awesome, because it totally is XD
