He said that the muscles tend to tense up around that area, and whenever you move your arms or lower body you will feel a stinging pain. And some other things, but I kinda forgot :<

I couldn't even get thru that video, and it isn't even long, I doubt I'd be able to withstand more than 5 minutes of it :/

I'd probably kill myself if I had to sit thru more than 10 minutes of it. It's not worth it. Nothing is worth it. Altho if someone did pay me I'd reconsider....
