I didn't realise it was classified as a horror movie when I went to see that. :< Pretty good movie though.

Will Smith is good in everything...he is also just a great guy in general. :>

Anyone see Seven Pounds?

Also check out his clean rap:

Seven Pounds was so sad :(

I preferred the Alternate Ending cut of I Am Legend, tbh.

Nah. The alternate ending was good, but he needed to die. If you read the book, the main character dies as well. Plus it made for a much better overall movie.

The book btw, is much different from the movie in all aspects. Only the general theme of vampires and the end of the world is in common... Or should I say... 'our world'. ;)

Read the book to find out more!

O HAI GAIS WUTZ DA TOPICAS?!

Are you leaving me a cliffhanger so I have to read the book?!
You sneaky, sneaky, person. XD

You know what movie ending should've been more like the book?
The Mist.
Any ending ending would have been better than the movie version's ending, actually.
I was so freaking dissappointed because I liked it up to the part. :C

Spoiler alert! (about Seven Pounds)
Spoiler:
Also the trailers were so weird that you didn't know what was in store until you went in the theater. But it stars Will Smith, which is enough for me. :>

EDIT: Yay, I segued to Will Smith singlehandedly! :>

Really?! I thought the ending to the Mist was crazy and shocking, but I loved it. Then again.... I think I was baked when I went to see it. Twas the only time I was ever high and I saw that movie. Dunno why, just happened that way. XD

And yes, leaving you a cliffhanger. The book is outstanding.

Remember kids, don't do drugs right before you see a movie!

The Mist Movie Ending Spoiler:
Spoiler:

:C

It's one of those endings that just makes you think really. It's a sad ending, but sometimes always having a 'happy go lucky everything is going to be perfectly fine now' endings aren't always wanted or fit in.

Again, while it was sad, I felt it fit the movie perfectly and was very deep. In a weird way. :P

It's not like I NEED a happy ending for it to be a good movie,
I mean, I like the movie itself,

but the ending had no such satisfaction as even one thing ending well.

Spoiler:

I stared at the TV as the credits rolled when I saw it.
Both me and my dad were silent.

I was in shock and disbelief about how the ending just plain sucked to me. :/

I didn't think the ending was quite that bad, but I don't really mind an ending where it doesn't all work out. Inconclusive endings, depending on how well they're done, can annoy me, as can totally unrealistic ones (think deus ex machina.)

I love The Chrysalids. 8D Haven't read it since high school though.

Not usually a fan of DEMs though. :( Unless they're done really well, they make for disappointing endings for me. I like a steady lead-up and logical end.
