I live in WISCONSIN'S SOMEWHAT CIVILIZED BUT STILL WITH DISPERSED HICKS REGION. xD So yeah, I get some "cold" weather.

I prefer cold weather to warm weather in general. I'm resilient to both, but moreso to cold. :3

What do you consider nice? :o
Ideal for me is a cloudy and dark sky with good overall visibility but no intrusive rays (which by the way equal </3 for me).
Then cool but not windy or too cold. :3
Cold is nice, but I wouldn't want to have it al the time. Low mild is where it's at. <:D
And occasional rain, but not wet all the time. D:

Well, for me, nice is cloudy all the time, but no rain. Like in Forks, Washington. Which would be a nice place to live, despite it now being infested by Twilight fantard tourists >.>
