It's strange how I can't find the member with the user ID 1.
If Rukario is 2 then I assume he handles the costs and everything, even though he didn't start PC.

I wonder who came up with the idea, you know the person actually responsible for this place?

Well, Rukario's the one who handles it now so presumably if PC were in danger of going down forever it'd be because he wasn't gonna handle its costs anymore. XD;

Master Kwesi Nkromah came up with the idea for PC and was originally the member with userid 1. He deleted his account at some point, though, so there's no longer a user #1. :p You can find his current account on the staff page, though he's no longer active. (He retains his admin position because of his founder status.)

Well, he pops in from time to time, I guess. :( But he's not interested in Pokemon anymore (as far as I know) and just has other things he'd rather do.
