In the computer lab the other day, I was typing at 83 words per minute with 3 errors, and some kids around me were staring. I finished at 78 words per minute with 15 errors. :x

I've gotten 80 WPM a few times, but that's probably my limit. I can hit 75 pretty regular. My BCIS teacher in high school had us on a plan where you would attempt a 5% increase per week (or something like that). When I got to 75, she was like, "That's okay, but that's what you did last week....." and I was like "ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING ME! I CAN'T GO FASTER! LOOK AT MY HANDS!"
*hands are nearly visibly throbbing*

I hit 75 easy too, and I type with five fingers. Sometimes I go back to my old habits and type with two, but must of the time I do it right.

......Not if you're typing with two fingers. Most of my friends that type that way can barely get 45 WPM. If you can get much more than that, that is some kind of genetically mutated hand eye coordination I've never seen.
