I don't believe in the whole 2012 conspiracy.

Mainly because I dun wanna die a few months after I become a freshie in college ;3;
 
2012 looks like the stupidest movie to come out in awhile. :<

All special effects. No plot. No scientific backbone to the story at all.
 
To all the people saying 2012 is a conspiracy and is false:

It's a Science FICTION movie about the 2012 conspiracy. The director also made Independence Day, does that mean he thinks aliens will try to take over the Earth and we will have to fight back on Independence Day? No.

Just said all that because a lot of people are idiots and say "OMG I WONT C THAT MOVIE CUZ 2012 IS FALSE!!!!!!"

...There is a plot. You obviously have not seen it. The plot is the journey of humans through a disaster. It focuses on a family though. Also, it's a god damn Science FICTION movie. FICTION. FICTION. FICTION. Doesn't have to be true. If you think it has to have a scientific backbone you must hate 99.9% of movies. :/

Also, if it was a bad movie with no plot, it wouldn't get positive reviews. The only negative reviews are from idiots I already commented on.
 
I wouldn't mind seeing the movie, honestly :3

'Cause I figure those end-of-the-world conspiracies will never happen. Just look at Knowing (great movie, by the way). I think the day where the sun flared and destroyed everybody except the chosen ones was supposed to be in October '09, and it's November now XD Though that wasn't exactly a conspiracy, just something Sci-Fiish
 
I don't believe or believe that 2012 is the ned of the earth. Most of the time it seems like rubbish (steals word) but other times, it seems logical.

Key words in there are "a lot of people" You aren't a lot of people.
