I heard the movie New Moon is amazing. I am not a Twilight person, but I want to see it. o_o

Puh, hype killed Twilight. And all those stupid fans who dress up as "vampires" and want to get Edward in their pants. He's not even that good looking. THEY COULD HAVE CHOSEN BETTER.

See guys, this is why New Moon is beating The Dark Knight. There are so many different groups watching it:

-Fans of the series itself, of course.
-Fangirls/gay fanboys of Edward and Jacob.
-People who "just feel like going".
-Adults who are like "well, maybe I'll give it a try" since they want to be hip.
-People who didn't see the first one but want to see New Moon just to see what the series is like because they cbf reading it.
-People who saw the first movie and hated it but want to "give it another chance". Either cbf reading it or have read it and are disappointed with the quality of the movie Twilight.
-People who did not enjoy the first movie but are apathetic about quality of movies, and have just decided to go.
-Friends of people who fit in any one of the other categories who are tagging along.
-Friends of those friends.
-Friends of those friends.
-Etcetera...
-People who have or have not read any of the books and seen any of the movies, and have decided to go just to laugh at how bad the movie is.

Also, a member of one of the top two categories can easily be spawned by someone of the last category from last year. D8 As for those who dislike the series or the movies (I'm mainly speaking to Aksyel here), just boycott it instead of going. That's the way things happen. D:
 
I'm going to the movies with friends today to go see New Moon, and from what I've heard: I hope I'm about to spend $30 to a really good movie. :x
 
I haven't even read the books so I'm not going to bother with the movie. Though Kristen Stewart is pwetty :'D
 
I saw Stephenie Meyer on Oprah. (Note I haven't seen her anywehre else because I've never read the books) She's... err. Ugh. o-o;

In most scenarios, the book is better than the movie, so I might have to read the book after I see it.

Well it is opening day stats... let's hope The Dark Knight sticks it out with the most money... XD

This is going to reflect poorly in the 1990s generation...

Now I know why marriage rates are so low... cause girls want vampires as husbands...

Not only are marriage rates low though, but so is child bearing...
