She should attach some C4 to it, cover it in axle grease, and see if she can replicate the effects of a Type-1 Antipersonnel Grenade. It would probably work better if it was a Voltorb or an Electrode instead, though.

(I'm not too fond of hard-shelled tacos either, actually. I think the last time I actually liked them was when Taco Bell had the volcano tacos - one of the best tacos ever. :D)

An M1 Garand can take care of either with contemptible ease, such is the power of the .30-06 Springfield round. A rifle chambered for .30-06 Springfield would actually be overkill against a Pichu with an axe; a small handgun such as a Walther PPK would do the job just fine in that case.

Using that logic, a grenade or missile would be able to take out an armed robber or terrorist, so people being afraid of such is idiotic. Theoretically, a gun should also be able to take down a Legendary Pokemon such as Mewtwo or Ho-oh, so those should also not be feared.

Being able to take care of something by shooting it is not exactly a suitable measure of how much of a threat it is.
