Right, so if you noobs are done.


I really think that Death Note should have been longer, but should have kept on being L vs Light because Near and Mellow or whatever his name was just sucked.

I liked Death Note. But life kind of got in the way and I forgot about it.

Anyway.. back to the topic at hand,..

I was thinking of starting to watch the Gundam series, but decided not to. No real reason why other than not feeling like sitting down watching anime. Like a few others, I wasn't in the mood to watch anime for a.. long time. I mean, up until a few weeks ago, I finally go around to watching the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, which I've been obsessed with long before I started watching it.

Now that I know that Gundam is rediculous, I guess I don't have to waste my time~

Unless it's just a specific series of it. Because I do know that there are more than one. At least,... I think? :[

Fixed.

In any case, it's only Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny, and the second season of Mobile Suit Gundam 00 that you should stay away from. Everything else in the greater franchise is fair game.

I've come to believe that those were the only series out there. Clearly I'm ignorant in the Gundam series. :[

Death Note has been my favorite series for a long time standing. I recently rewatched the anime series for a... sixth time, I believe, and I still can't get over the fact that even though I hated L, Near and Mellow somehow were able to surpass him and solve the case of Kira. I never liked Mellow, but Near I could stand. I always thought he was a... not well developed character since I think Mellow played more of a role in the series,...

Anyway,.. yeah. :X

Anyways, I think anime is kind of a hit-or-miss with me. I only really remember liking a couple. Death Note, Bleach and Gurren Laggan thing thing. I forget how to spell it exactly >>;

I don't really watch the Gundam series.

The only anime out there that I've grown to like were Death Note, obviously, Code Geass, The Melancholy (which I think ended too quickly.. aside from the fact that they're taking forever to make the second season that they continue to claim is going to happen), and Fruits Basket.

All of which (with the exception of Code Geass since I didn't get far in that) I believe ended too quickly.

@Sailor Venus - I think everyone's made it clear that it isn't very good. I wouldn't waste my time with it.. but then again, I'm not you.
 
I agree that Death Note ended way too quickly and abruptly, but in the direction it was going, it was inevitable.. Unfortunate, really.
