Even if you view their profile it just leads to the original Todoroki.

I did Google it. And it certainly is everywhere. It's a trading company, an import company, a football stadium, a lab, a drumming group.

Todoroki was apparently a hacker. I didn't know who it was, either, but many people have mentioned them, and if you search for their posts, you can see for yourself.
