You're 11 years of age!!hmm I'm trying to lose weight by
say my laptop was starting I would do 10-15 push-ups before it loads or before bed 20 quick push-ups(which I find hard) and then bed. Morning fruit,2kg weights (not a lot but apparently effective) for a couple of minutes
thats just some but theres tons of other things. Just do a little exercise no matter how bizzare. I lifted a chair 10 times instead once XD lolz
You don't need to lose weight!! I don't think you could if you tried!!
Wait till your my age you'll be fully grown(ish) by then and you can decide then! As you grow taller you Start to fill out anyway. Trust me. You don't need to lose weight you'll only do harm trying xD
