Do you mean "My suggestion" instead of "My diagnosis" a diagnosis is when you say what is wrong, not a cure for what is wrong.

I don't sleep a lot. I just wake up after 5 hours of sleep sometimes and cant go back to sleep.

Never? Isn't that like, a crime or something to have never had BBQ sauce? UNLESS! You're a vegetarian? That in itself should be a crime. Everyone should enjoy and love the taste of meat :D

I used to like barbeque sauce... not so much, anymore. :/ I can tolerate it, though.

BBQ Sauce is delicious. Taste better on fries than ketchup, in my opinion at least.
