I... don't think I have the attention span for a diet. :( I could never do the calorie counting thing, at any rate.

Sometimes I'll go out of my way to eat healthier (ie, cut out junk food) for a week or two but it never lasts.

It would be very hard.. only having to eat very dull flavoured foods =/ Boo to diets!

Isn't dark chocolate supposed to be good for you (in, you know, small amounts)?

Not that it helps me much--I don't like most dark chocolate. XD;

Dark Chocolate can be very nice but on the whole, it's my least favourite chocolate. I've never heard that it's good for you.. but maybe it is?

I think I've heard something like that too. Good for diabetes and such.

I dunno... I know I've heard that some type of chocolate is good for you and I'm pretty sure it's not white chocolate... and I *know* it's not milk chocolate. XD;

Milk chocolate is my favourite. n_n

I love really bitter dark chocolate.. but I can only have a little piece of it that I nibble at for like half an hour X3 I like to freeze it and then just.. nibble on a small piece the size of a quarter for like an hour or something.. :3

As for diets? I don't like the word. I think of it as a lifestyle change. I've cut any pop or coke or sugary drinks like that out of my diet since like two months ago. Been drinking better and drinking more water. No fast food except for the occasional treat like a few nights ago when we just had a family pizza night. That's about it, though. Been trying to be more active, though. I find that to be the hardest part.

I haven't really been a fan of Family Guy in years. I'll watch the occasional episode but now it just seems like they go way out of their way to be offensive. And I can't stand the "This is almost as _____ as the time I..." joke lead in. <_<; It's unimaginative and annoying. If they're just going to link a bunch of unrelated jokes together, they might as well drop the basic plot of each episode and just make a sketch show.

First few seasons were good though.
